TGIF… And another week bites the dust…
The air is still.. not a breeze is stirring.. and it’s warmer today. Sadly, that will be an ongoing pattern that will not change until sometime in late September. The temperature today is already 73°. And the dew point is sitting at 71°.
The morning on the front porch is loud. A train whistle, big trucks going by, the buzz of a chainsaw, all sounds that intrude upon the morning calm.
Well, the bus has come and gone. And as much as I enjoy sitting out here watching traffic go by ( not ).. I think I’m going to move on, and I’ll see y’all on the other side…
