This morning the sun was out… Or maybe I should say the clouds were out of the sky. When I stepped out on the porch in the dark I could actually see stars up in the black sky. Not a very common occurrence here lately. Once the sky began to lighten a bit of ground fog hung low in the yards.
It’s a bit strange having the sun out. Our never ending cloudiness has left my eyes unaccustomed to the brightness of this day. I keep looking for the light switch… The prognosticators are foretelling of a couple of really nice days. Highs in the low 70’s and lows in a more seasonable upper 40’s low 50’s area of the temperature range.
Just as I was starting the rendering and uploading of my video this morning, my internet died… When I logged in to my account it at least let me know it was an area wide outage. They had it resolved within the hour… Thank God!
There is something really great about living with the “toggle random” feature on the Winamp playlist. When you have been adding mp3 files to your music library as long as I have… covering as many genres as I have,,, the resulting listening experience is kinda’ serendipitous. When Lyle Lovett’s “In My Own Mind” popped up the words of the chorus really touched something in my soul…
