Tuesday, Laundry Day

The clouds are back this morning, and it’s not quite 80°. Though the humidity is at 94%. It really doesn’t feel that pleasant out… But it could be worse. It looks like the sun will be playing hide and seek most of the day.

It’s actually been dry enough that the lawn service guys were actually on schedule. So the lawn has been mowed and it’s looking nice again so a little rain wouldn’t hurt matters.

My first load of laundry is in the washer. And a little over an hour from now it’ll be in the dryer. You’ll have to pardon the fact that I’m not hanging my clothes on the line to dry. That’s been a lot of years ago. I don’t even think I still have any clothes pins laying around in the storage. If there are, they are probably packed away in our old camping gear. He used to always take a bit of clothes line and then close pins along on our camping trips.

Well my coffee cup is almost empty. So y’all stay safe, stay healthy, and pray for the nation and the world. And if you live at a state like mine it’s time to go back to where in the mask and washing your hands and trying to stay socially distanced from all the folks who don’t feel the need for vaccination. And since the vaccinations don’t show, and it seems you can’t really trust people to be honest about their status that pretty much means we should all just pretend the last 6 months never happened and we’re still under the gun for covid-19.
