I hope the Easter Bunny was nice to you today. I received my Easter candy last night and had to hide it from myself before I over indulged.
It’s quiet out today, though, the cacophony of voices telling me I need to mow is getting louder. I like the spring meadow look. I always have. And the first mowing of spring has always been put off. Just so I can watch the wildflowers bloom.
Sadly, that’s not a fact that’s appreciated by the women folk in this house. Oh well, life goes on, it will be spring again, and I’ll mow it when I want to.
Last evening, we had another subtle sunset. Mutated colors on a muted sky against the greens of spring.

This morning the sky is half overcast. The temperature is in the upper 50s and there’s just a bit of a breeze stirring the upper branches of the trees.
The morning is hurrying past. So I think I’ll wrap this up. Y’all stay safe, stay healthy, pray for the nation in the world.
Have a wonderful Easter Sunday.
I hope your Easter Day was a good one!
It was very good. All of the grandkids and three out of four of our kids were here… Easter eggs were hunted and captured.
