Today the world has pulled the covers up over its head. Trying to get a little bit more sleep before being forced to face the craziness…

Foggy mornings are different… almost surreal. Birds sound closer, trains sound far off, traffic noise seems to come from different directions than normal. Everything is just different…

Maybe that’s what America needs right now… a national foggy morning… a virtual blanket over the head, I’m not getting up taday, I’m not going to listen to the crazies, the liars, the alternative facts folks, I’m just not going to do it…

What kind of world would it be if the Trumps, the Gulianis, the Ingrams and other Fox talking heads, infowars and Qanons all lost their megaphones at the same time? How long would it take for sanity to return to the world? Would sanity ever return.

If you haven’t already seen Gary Myers post today go check it out… From Here to There. The key sentence to me was… “Try not to hate.”

Gary has been posting some deeply thought out posts of late. It’s funny in a way, I started following Gary after running across him on someone’s blog. At first I wasn’t sure if I even liked his art. But over time it grew on me. Now I find myself collecting prints whenever I find them. In the process I’ve discovered we have a lot in common in the way we look at the world.

I can just make out the sun through the fog and the clouds. And, my coffee cup is empty…

Y’all stay safe, stay healthy, and Pray for our Nation and the world. Wear your mask. Socially distance. Try to have a good day.
