July Fifteenth, Sunday

Hot and humid, not even the fan can cut the heat and humidity, Sunday morning coffee muses.

Yesterday felt cooler and less humid. Today feels like summer’s revenge for yesterday.

A hummingbird just checked out me and the feeder. They aren’t used to me sitting on the front porch like this. So, he didn’t feed.

It’s quieter out this morning compared to yesterday. Not as many birds singing, nor are the ones singing as loud.

I slept late today after a late night what thing a movie. I wish I could say I found the movie worth it… but… I’m ambivalent. Netflix promoted the heck out the movie. I think they might have been better off paying for a better story.

It’s time for our every other week D&D game. So, for three or four hours this afternoon we will fight goblins and owlbears and other nasties to move further into our quest. Hopefully today we can get to our first stop along the road, otherwise, this could be a decades long game.

There’s a breeze blowing this morning. It has the plants dancing a bit. Sadly, it isn’t a cool breeze. Our maybe it’s just the sun on my back and neck that has me feeling so warm. Okay, moving into the shade helped a little…

My cup is empty, so it’s time to think about breakfast…
