A very foggy end to a long.. wet week…

Friday, January 26th

It’s already 9:00 a.m., and my last cup of coffee is empty… And outside, fog still reins supreme. All of the water puddles in the front yard have drained away.

It’s a bit cool on this damp Friday morning. The temperature right now is 57°. In many parts of the US, the temperature outside wouldn’t be considered cool on anything other than a summer’s day. And for a Friday at the end of January.. it would be considered quite balmy out. But this is Texas… And everyone knows.. As all Texans will be happy to tell you… That Texas is exceptional.
