Winter is coming… Real Winter… Not this fake stuff we normally have pass thru Houston on the way to the Gulf of Mexico. Hard freeze all the way to the coast.

All of the local governments are getting upset,,, but they are still shutting down for a long Christmas weekend starting today at noon.

But… as you can see it’ll only be a short visit… But as the Texas government proved in 2021, a short visit is all that’s required to f*** up most people’s lives. So I guess we will see if the assurances of the Governor and his associates have any semblance of reality in the face of Mother Nature and such an unprecedented thing like cold weather…It has always amazed me that the lights stay on, more or less, up north, but Texas can’t even anticipate weather with temperatures in the teens…

Y’all stay safe, stay healthy, and say a prayer for our dysfunctional country and the world… I’ll catch y’all on the other side…

And hopefully… The lights will stay on!
