Out before sunup, the light gives lie to the colors. At least, to the camera’s eye…. but, I’ll be the first to admit that fall color is coming on faster that I can ever recall…

The first thing I noticed upon arising, was a text from Sherry telling me that the city of Houston is under a boil water alert. And that Houston schools are closed today because of it. Now that to me is pretty amazing… That a whole city the size of Houston Texas would find itself, in many ways, shut down after a little rain.

Well the grandkids are headed back to school… And I will be back on my normal scheduled events…. So, I think it’s time to check my email… And drink my morning coffee… So I’ll catch you on the other side….
