I buzzed through Alvin and gave a wave again today. Remind me not to go to Brazos Bend on a really nice October Sunday — holy bananas, were there a lot of people! Even the kids were well-behaved, though, and it was great to be out without sweating myself to death! Hope you had a chance to enjoy this weather, too.

Linda, it’s been years since I hit Brazos Bend on a crowded day. But that’s the benefit of mostly going across the river on winter weekdays… and spring weekdays… and fall weekdays… Any day of the week except Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. And not at all during the heat of the summer…
