It’s Monday
After a way too hot weekend… With more time than I care to admit spent on the road… I’m hiding from the heat inside my home.
As I am sure many of you are aware, I’m a big fan of the artwork of Gary Myers. My entryway shows this. With some prints and a couple of originals, my collection is growing. And while the prints are gorgeous they just can’t hold a candle to the originals.
My latest, an early anniversary gift for Sherry and myself, is titled Reinforced. I find myself stopping in front of it many times a day and just getting lost on that path in that world. I found myself enthralled with this piece from the very moment I read the story on his blog.
I think that as long as summer continues to break high temperature records in my area, I’ll be spending more and more time in Gary’s world…
Maybe we’ll meet on that path and can walk a while then quiet conversation.
