I woke up, once again, before the alarm. There was such a glow in the bathroom window I had to rush out and capture the sunrise… boy, was it worth it!
Now I’m back inside checking to see if anything has changed in the counting of the vote… looks pretty much like what I saw before bed last night.
I heard the local owl calling this morning from the woods. I doubt his schedule was affected by the arbitrariness of the change from daylight savings time… and truth be told, before this fall it had been years since the time change really caused my schedule to adjust before the body was ready.
I have had a productive week working on AppalachianMountainDreams.com, my retirement project that’s been on the back burner for the past few years. I have finally managed to reorganize my domains to work like I’ve wanted to for years. I’ve actually re setup an editorial calendar to keep me focused.
Here’s hoping everyone is keeping their calm on as we move thru the trying times ahead.
