Sunrise is really fleeting. And the glow from the rising sun can begin, become, hit wow and wind down in the blink of the eyes…

And all the while hummingbirds swarm the feeders. There always appears to be one feeder that gets the most visitors while the others are claimed by one bully of a bird. So my job is to shift the feeders around so the bullies don’t sit on a full feeder.

I think I might have spotted a rufius hummingbird yesterday amongst all of the ruby-throated, I only had one quick look before it was run off. It’s fun to watch the ever changing parade of hummers charging in and out all day long.

What wasn’t aparant when I first came out is the layer of hazy, almost transparent clouds that covers much of the sky today.

I must say, having the morning start off in the mid-seventies again is a nice thing.

Y’all stay safe, stay healthy, and Pray for our Nation and the World…
