Happy Birthday Mom.
I made it out before sunrise. Not usual for me. And to top it off, the outside temperature is almost the same as in the house. That makes the fan supercilious, almost chillingly.
I’m going to have to get used to rising about this time to make sure the grandkids are up and ready for school. The youngest’s classes start at 7:45, while her brother’s classes start at 8:20.
Night three of the Democrats party went pretty well. I must admit, President Obama’s speech was, in my view, well done. I could feel his pain at the damage done to the reputation of both the office and the country by the current occupant.
Why would one pursue the presidency if you didn’t want to do the job? A question more people should be asking Donald Trump. Even when he bragged that he would hire the best people, we should have looked to his past and realized the best people wouldn’t be comfortable working for him. Even the best he could get don’t last very long until all you are left with is total mediocrity.
One more night of the Democrats and their partying. It will be interesting to see how the Republicans handle their party. Believe it or not I will be watching. At least until Donald Trump makes it a pack of lies and BS. I’ll almost guarantee it’ll be all whining all the time. Other than telling the world how Biden plans to lead us all into socialism, what’s Trump going to say. And for a man obsessed with Russia and Putin, he seems to deflect way too much.
Time to head in… Y’all stay safe, stay healthy, and Pray for our Nation and the World.
