There are only a handful of leaves left on the Red oak out back. So, I do not feel the need or the desire to continue emphasizing its image.
The morning overcast is not as full as it has been. The openings in the clouds are providing some color this morning.
I must say, that after a summer of brown grass the predominance of green in the yard is pleasurable even as the predominance of green in the tree line is coming to an end.
Interesting. They said it was going to clear from west to east, and we’re still under a complete cloud cover, without a sliver of blue. It will be fun to see how long ‘yours’ becomes ‘ours.’
Already happened… but in reverse… “yours” is now “mine”.
