It’s time to switch our focus from the sunrise to the Red oak for the fall. For the past week I have noticed the beginning’s of fall color.

It started out as just a bit of lighter green scattered through the canopy. But as the week has gone by, the green has begun to change into yellow orange.

And since it is lightly raining this morning, the colors snap just a bit more than they have.

According to the prognosticators, this rainy weather pattern is going to last for a few days. It’s also bringing a cooler range of highs and lows.
