Tuesday August 16th

Once again, I find myself sitting in the heat heat and humidity of my front porch as I await the second coming of a school bus.

And then, I see the weather prognosticators are teasing me with the following headlines…

And the part they’re not saying.. and the headline at least, is that the front probably won’t make it as far south as me and my front porch. So, the 100°+ afternoon temperatures we’ve been seeing will probably continue. Whatever the case now that the final bus has passed I’m headed back into the cooler climate that is the indoors.
