It doesn’t feel quite as bad this morning on the front porch. The stats say it shouldn’t be much different from yesterday.. but I didn’t see an excessive heat warning on my phone when I woke up which is something..

I’m back out playing sidewalk supervisor as I watch the crew that’s giving my oak trees a haircut. They got a whole lot done yesterday and it looks like they’ll get just as much done today … If nothing else, they are sure taking a load of weight off the limbs they are leaving.

Oh well, it’s time to take this body of mine inside where I can let it cool down again… See y’all stay cool and I’ll catch y’all on the other side.
