Sunday June 4th
We were awoken quite early this morning because of the lack of power.. electricity, you know.. it was right around 5:00 a.m. and the power was out for 2 hours.. of course everyone in the house woke up immediately.
When we stepped out, we could see it had rained.. and it was cooler than expected. But it was also earlier than expected.
So now that the sun is up and the power is back on I have a feeling that it’s going to be a long.. long day..
Be that as it may, the coffee pot is now chugging away. Though, we did warm up a kettle of water and make coffee bags. We keep some stashed back for just this purpose.
So I think I’ll run down to the Happy Tako place and pick up breakfast. So I’ll catch you on the other side.
