Monday April 10th
It’s another overcast start to the day. It’s a pleasant 63° out though. The winds are calm. Basically, it’s pretty much a repeat of oh so many days so far this year. Warmer than some, cooler than others.. The unifying bit about most of them is the overcast.
Watching the forecast change each day is almost depressing. The 10-day forecast shows 7 days of partly cloudy skies, one day of thunderstorms, one day of sunshine, and today as cloudy. Yesterday, today was forecast as partly cloudy overnight it changed. The same thing happened Saturday night.. but, by midday Sunday the sun was out.
Looking at the homepage of this blog, I see lots and lots of overcast sunrises. And pages of 30 it’s become almost monotonous. There are very few of the sunrises I remember from years past.
Enough about the sunrises.. today is a day of recovery. Easter Sunday was crowded and loud. Today should be quiet and peaceful… Even with the grandkids home.
Oh well, it’s late and I need breakfast so I can take my morning meds… So I’ll leave you with a song that started my morning and is playing once again.. it’s the “Circle Game” by Joni Mitchell…
