It’s almost cool, way too bright, end of November morning coffee muses.

I decided not to fight the glare on the back porch this morning and to enjoy the shade out front. Can you see the deep, dark shadow cast by the house? Deep blue sky and almost green trees dominate the view.

The angel trumpet is putting on a massive bloom display. Bees are buzzing in and out of the pendulant blossoms. The bush looks just like a Christmas decoration with all of the hanging blooms. Too bad it won’t last the month…

Christmas decorations are mostly complete. I just need to do the outside laser lights. I am trying to figure out a  better method than last year’s. I wasn’t happy with all of the power cords running all over the yard… especially when we had some major rains with water standing everywhere.

I’m suddenly hearing chickadees in all of the trees.

I think it’s time to call this done and go eat some breakfast…
