Too Warm, Too Muggy Morning Coffee Muses

It was 79° at midnight and 78° at 8a.m. That’s not what I wanted to feel this morning. All of the windows had a lite frosting of condensation coating them this morning. The prognosticators are foretelling of afternoon showers. Radar is showing one to the east already.

Looking at the long range foretelling, there’s no break in the coming ten days other than for rain. The temperatures will be bouncing from the mid to upper seventies for a low to the upper eighties to low nineties for a high each day. Not my idea of autumn.

And once again I’m solitary in these muses. The pooch has been taken in by a neighbor with a fence who’s staying out of the neighborhood because of water damage to her house. At least I can quit worrying that she will get hit in the road.

I ended up wandering next door for a while and talking to the neighbor after I let him know his shop door was left open… Then it was time to wander on in and ignore the heat and humidity for a while… Now it’s just time to move on to something else…
