It’s still out here this morning. And the low 50’s on the thermometer feels nice.
As 2016 comes to an end I find myself wondering how much more craziness this old world can dish out at us… I suppose we will find out soon enough.
Everyone keep your fingers crossed. I have a feeling we are in for a hell of a ride come the new year…
Here’s hoping the year is no worse than we expect, and better than we hope! I don’t usually make specific resolutions, but here’s one that popped to mind this afternoon: “Never, ever, under any circumstances, go off to HEB on a New Year’s eve afternoon when the rain stops after hours of downpours.” It may be a small goal, but it’s achieveable!
Happy New Year, Gary!
I feel your resolve. We went to breakfast this morning in light rain. Then stopped in Kroger in a bit heavier rain. When we were through, the drains had backed up, the ditches were full, and the rain was falling heavier… Happy New Year to you Linda!
