Only in Texas

It’s a week before Thanksgiving and the sight I saw walking into the local HEB was a strange overlapping of two seasons… Summer watermelon and Winter poinsettias.

    1. Everything is great. I’ve just lost my voice in our political climate. From the way things are looking I might find it again sooner than I originally thought. Here’s wishing you and Cheri a Happy Thanksgiving. My your table be full of all the season’s bounty.

  2. What a perfect image. Speaking of seasons crossing one another, the cicadas have been chirping away the past week or so. Cicadas in November’s something I don’t remember hearing before. It’s time for some coolth!
