It looks like another cool, cloudless morning. The eastern glow has gone from pink to yellowish. The most prominent sound is of tires on concrete coming from the bypass. Though, the mockingbird is doing it’s best to try and outdo the traffic.

A flight of great egrets flew over just now. Big, long necks, long legs, yet graceful. It’s much more common to see one, not a flight of half a dozen. This morning the hummingbird feeders have but one customer.

The morning flight of whistling ducks just flew over. It looked like eight I dividuals today. And the mockingbird has moved closer to sing it’s song.

It’s kind of nice to once again see my breath. It means the circle of the seasons is moving back into my favorite time of year. Cool mornings, pleasant afternoons, even more pleasant evenings… except for occasional dips into winter, from now till April works for me.

The light of the rising sun is making it’s way down the trees. Soon it’ll be full daylight and the temperature will begin to rise.

Y’all stay safe, stay healthy, and Pray for our Nation and the world.
