Friday, August Twenty-fourth

The heat and humidity from earlier in the week seems to have moderated for my morning coffee muses… and mowing later.

Since I need to get gas before I can mow I’ll have to cut this short if I don’t want to be mowing in the heat of the day. I just need to wait long enough for the Aleve to take effect.

The chickadees and the titmice are hitting the feeder today. As a rubythroat hits the chaste tree blossoms.

I think I’ll move inside and check the news for a bit while I write my muse. If I go of the rails and start sounding like it’s Halloween… you know witches and monsters and such, just know it’s only the President and his tweets…

Once ever twenty-five years a hurricane seems to hit Hawaii. This appears to be the year. Already, heavy rains are flooding the, island… up to two feet already.

Time to check my email… later.
