I woke at my normal ungodly hour and started a pot of coffee. I sat down at the laptop while it brewed. I had a message from an old friend so I worked up an email in answer. Sent it on it’s way and poured a cup and made the rounds waking people up for the day.
I remembered I had started an article/post for my Mountain Dreams site so I pulled up Gemini 3 and pulled that up from where I’d left it earlier in the week. One of the nice things about using AI for research is that it’s all still there with drafts and sources. If I generate any images, they are there too.

As I was cleaning up my downloads folder this morning I came across a podcast produced as a audio report in NotebookLM. I produced this with one of my first experimental notebooks. I had the AI do a deep dive into all of my websites, Fred First’s Fragments From Floyd, Gary Myers’ Redtree Times, and Keith Olbermann’s Count Down Podcast. A pretty eclectic group of thinkers if I do say so myself (forgive me for including myself but it was my experiment). After it analyzed a everything it produced the following conversational analyses. When I first listened to it I was a bit shocked. When I listened to it again I was amazed. Each and every time I listen I grok it somewhat differently. Listen or not, I am posting it here…
