I thought I was seeing things this morning when I saw the temperature my phone was reporting…

I find myself feeling off thee last few days. You see, I discovered the television show “Suits” on Netflix around the first of the month… I was bored.. So I watched the first episode.. then I watched the second.. and the third…Well… Long story short.. I finished season nine this week. It just goes to show you how up I am on popular culture that I was in season six or seven before I realized that I had fallen in “love” with the Duchess of Sussex! So now I am feeling the loss of my dysfunctional NY family…
But that’s OK ’cause The Witcher, Jack Ryan, and The Lincoln Lawyer have all dropped while I was tied up. And if I’m honest it was nice to watch a series that actually managed to go out with an planned ending…
Now don’t get me wrong… I don’t normally spend much time watching television. I’d rather be reading. But after a day in front of the computer screen.. or the Kindle screen, I sometimes need some mindless entertainment. And if the story in my mindless entertainment can help me lose myself away from this “reality TV show” that real life is rapidly becoming.. I’ll take it.
Now it’s hot out and I’m back to reading my days away while limiting my television to stretch out the shows in the que. So y’all stay cool and I’ll catch y’all on the other side.
