Isn’t a pleasant morning out this a.m. The temperature is 75°, but the humidity is 92%. It’s like walking with a warm wet blanket wrapped around your body. Add to that, but the buzz of mosquitoes is almost louder than the morning bird song and all is not right with the world.

At least there’s no rain in the forecast for today. And the grounds around the house are attempting to dry out after last week’s never ending showers. Though in some places, water still stands and all the ditches still have water in them around town.

Since I’m hiding in the house to avoid all of the unpleasantness outside this muse will be short. So y’all stay safe, stay healthy, and pray for the world and the nation.
