Could it be, maybe, that he can see the future? And the vision he sees isn’t very pretty… He will finally draw that “biggest crowd anyone has ever seen” for real this time. And they won’t be the fawning MAGA crowd he is used to… It’ll be the angry “peasants” coming to take their freedoms back!
Maybe this is why he’s training ICE and Border Patrol to falsely imprison citizens as well as immigrants.
And what the hell is that all about? The only “law enforcement” agency in America where it’s standard procedure to approach unarmed people on the street. And while masked like a criminal gang with guns pulled, tackle, beat and detain them without reasonable cause. Destroying private property, injuring and killing people just for being on the streets. Yea… If I was the pResident I’d be worried too.
But then again, my own morality would have me trying to follow the law. Not continually trying to break the Constitution and bury it under a cherry tree at Mount Vernon. That’s the one thing the pResident said last week that rang true… Sadly! If there is one thing Trump has proven in the last 40 or so years, it’s that his morality is highly questionable.
My own theory about why we took Nicolás Maduro out of Venezuela is that Trump was jealous. Maduro managed to actually do what Trump failed at… He stayed in power after losing an election.
That’s enough of a rant for this Saturday morning in the middle of January 2026…

Right on, Gary. I read an interesting comment online where the commenter issued a warning to ICE agents that now is the time to get the hell out of there because history shows that this only ends with the bodies of those guys hanging from streetlamps and being dragged through the streets. Unfortunately, most of those guys don’t know history and its lessons or believe they will be the exception. Their mistake. Rant on, Gary!
Tell me something Gary, do you carry citizenship papers? I’m not sure if I know what they even are. I know I don’t go everywhere with my birth certificate. I don’t have a passport. Does my driver’s license even count?
I was passing through Arkansas one time and got pulled over. They asked for my license and registration. I looked at them kinda funny and pointed to the registration sticker on the windshield. We don’t carry anything else in Texas… As far as I know. I’ve never been asked for anything more down here.
We don’t have to carry citizenship papers, but we are now required to have what is known as an “enhanced driver’s license” which requires the same sort of certification requirements as a passport and has a red star on it that indicates that it is enhanced. If you do get stopped in your car, you have to produce your license along with the car’s registration and insurance card. I have never carried my birth certificate or passport. I can’t imagine having to carry those documents in order to drive or walk the streets. That freedom loving, small government, don’t tread-on-me crowd has some funny ideas about freedom, if you ask me.
What I meant to say, Gary, was that no, we don’t have to carry any sort of papers here– they just scan the government-issued chip in our heads.
