Sunday April 9th
I hope this Easter Sunday finds everyone happy. Colored eggs and Easter bunnies or much more appreciated when all of the grandkids were actually little kids. But absolutely everyone still enjoys Easter candy.
As strange as it may seem.. before bed last night I could actually see clear skies and stars. This morning.. not so much. Though yesterday’s forecast did predict a partly cloudy day.. The forecast today calls for cloudy…
It’s a bit warmer today. The temperature is 61°. The winds are calm.. Right now. And yes, there are a few blue holes in the clouds over my area. Maybe these holes will spread.
When I posted the video for “Telephone Road” the other day I ended up doing a long session following Rodney Crowell. Her has been on my radar for a long time.. I’ve followed him on Facebook for years. But strange as it may be, I never did a deep dive into his biography. I was vaguely aware that he was from Houston.. That he was married to Rosanne Cash.. What I wasn’t really cognizant of was the depth of his songwriting catalog.. Nor how much I like listening to him sing. Here’s one I stumbled upon a while back that really caught my ear.
