Tuesday February 7th

It’s a spring like 65° this morning. And, the world has a decidedly green tint.

Shorts and t-shirts are not what I expect for early February attire… But that is exactly what is comfortable this morning.

I’ve been noticing a lot of yellow in the birds that visit our feeders lately. They look a little too big to be the goldfinches that I am accustomed to in the past. So more likely than not they are pine warblers… or one of the other warbler clan that hang out around here in the winter time. But so far this year I haven’t noticed any of the yellow rumps.

Well here comes the bus… So I guess I’ll be getting back inside to my coffee cup. I’ll catch you on the other side…
