It’s a pleasant 61° out this morning. I can’t really say that it feels like the last days of December. And, the prognosticators tell us it’s going to get warmer by the new year.

It’s just a bit foggy out this morning… Very damp. The clouds are moving north off the Gulf of Mexico. Put down here on the ground it’s very still.

Flocks and flocks of seagulls are flying over. They seem to all be heading south. Other flocks of smaller birds are flying around the edge of the woods. From the sounds it’s probably the flocks of grackles we’ve seen in the backyard.

I have to drive into town today… Houston town. So I’ll be shutting this off now.
