It’s a beautiful afternoon for mid March… It’s warm enough that I have the ceiling fans on the porch on. Even though the day started off in the ’40s and it’ll be in the ’40s again tomorrow morning… It’s quite pleasant out today.

Sitting on the back porch, and my rocking chair, with my Kindle… Not a bad state of affairs in the middle of all this dysfunction.

Must be pretty dry and state of Texas… Because wildfires are getting out of control all over the place. Friday morning when I walked out I could smell smoke. Once I looked at the news it turns out to smoke was from Amarillo. That must be some uncommon factors for grass smoking Amarillo or Abilene or any place across the state like that to be smellable south of Houston.

Oh well, think I’m going to spend some time getting back into the book I’m reading, y’all stay safe, stay healthy, then pray for this dysfunctional nation and the world… Keep the people from Ukraine in your hearts and prayers!
