Overnight the prognosticators were foretelling of a 60% chance of rain. Judging by the driveway out front, that didn’t occur. Today, the foretelling is for a 40% chance… and from the look of the clouds it could start at any moment.

From the look of the radar, it’s all a matter of what that front in the top left corner decides to do. The forecast is for today to be as hot as yesterday… that just doesn’t seem right.

The hummingbirds are sure hitting the feeder back here a lot. Off in the distance I hear the cocks talking to themselves. Other than that, this Monday morning is pretty quiet.

The cocks I’m talking about are what I assume to be fighting roosters. Someone is raising a bunch of them around the corner behind our place. It’s behind a high fence and a blacked out gate. Funny thing is, that property once housed a couple of grow houses that got busted quite a while ago. I wonder if the owner is still the same?

Well, another week another Trump misuse of power. I wonder what today’s news will bring.
