It’s another warm start to a mid summer’s day. The thermometer in the bathroom had an outdoor temperature reading of 78º before I stepped out. Though, sitting in front of the floor fan, it isn’t as warm as it has been.

Watching the garbage pickup crew go by was interesting,.. and loud. They seemed to take pleasure in shouting as they levered the bins into the truck to dump them. They were also working both sides of the road,  blocking and waiting on traffic to pass before moving. I have never seen them do that before on this stretch of road. Their route only takes them two more houses down past mine before they turn around and go back down the other side. In the past that would be when they picked up from the houses across the road.
