The humidity is so high that every surface outside has a film of moisture on this morning coffee muses.

I stepped out once again for pictures, but back inside I came to avoid the icky sticky humidity. The sun is now out and the windows have dried. High clouds are blowing from east to west.

Hopefully, the day will stay dry so I can ride the mower tomorrow.

Watching the news this morning… actually last night’s Rachel Maddow Show… and once again it’s all Kavanaugh. I’m sure Morning Joe will be pretty much the same. There sure are a lot of people wanting to talk to the FBI about the Judge’s claims.

It’s funny how hard the White House has been trying to hamper the FBI investigations into the claims… three days of slowing down the investigation while claiming just the opposite.

I find myself being disappointed in our “leaders”. I find myself embarrassed by our lack of participation in our democracy.

And on that note… I think I’ll move on…
