It’s A Mockingbird Wednesday Morning Coffee Muses

There’s a mockingbird on the very tip top of the cypress tree. He’s been there for the whole time I’ve been out here serenading me in the loudest of ways.

It was fairly bright when I walked out, but now the clouds are filling in. Another day of mostly cloudy with little chance of rain. At least it’s cooler than February…

I have to admit, the news out of Washington keeps getting more and more interesting. Our glorious leader tweeting his displeasure with all of us mere mortals for not believing his personal fantasies about his reign of powerless pronouncements. Now he’s fired the FBI director just days after he called a grand jury into session to present evidence on the Trump/Russia connection. Shades of Watergate, Batman.

And the Sally Gates/Ted Cruz spanking… Such a fine sight to see. Our junior Senator treated just as he needed to be treated for trying to bully the woman. I think I’m ready to Betto on the future…
